Rhode Island cannabis wholesale

Rhode Island cannabis wholesale, in one place.

Rhode Island cannabis wholesale runs between the state’s licensed cultivators and its licensed compassion centers, each of which runs retail. WeedShelf is where the two meet: cultivators publish live wholesale menus built on their METRC packages, and dispensary buyers search them together at their store’s prices.

One basket becomes one order per cultivator. Each cultivator confirms, invoices and delivers its own order, and the buyer pays the cultivator directly.

For dispensary buyers.

A PDF menu is out of date by the time you open it. On WeedShelf the menu is current, and stock goes to the first order in.

New lots, as they are listed

A lot shows up on your menu as soon as the cultivator lists it, not when the next PDF goes out.

Built on METRC

Menus are built on each cultivator’s METRC packages and update while you browse, so you see what is left.

Checked when you order

Price and stock are checked again as your order goes in, and any line that changed is named, with the reason.

Priority pricing

When a cultivator sets Priority pricing for your store, that is the price on your menu and on your order.

What is new, every Tuesday

One email of what is new across Rhode Island cultivators on WeedShelf. A week with nothing new sends nothing.

Free for your store

WeedShelf bills cultivators, not buyers. You pay each cultivator directly, and WeedShelf never holds your money.

A menu from METRC

Your active packages become a wholesale menu. Prices, photos and notes you add survive every re-sync.

One private link per store

Each dispensary gets its own link and opens it without an account. The link is the identity.

Who opened it

See each open, the products viewed and what went into the cart, per buyer, so a follow-up has a reason.

Order to METRC

A confirmed order becomes METRC child packages on adult-use tags and a transfer template; the invoice follows by email once the dispatched manifest is matched to the order.

The buyer marketplace

Reviewed Rhode Island dispensaries search every live WeedShelf menu at once. You can leave it and keep your links.

How a wholesale order moves.

  1. 01

    The buyer builds it

A dispensary buyer searches the live menus on WeedShelf, or opens a cultivator’s private link, and fills a basket.

  2. 02

    One order per cultivator

The basket splits into one order per cultivator, each checked against current price and the stock METRC reported at the last sync, less open orders.

  3. 03

    The cultivator confirms

WeedShelf prepares the METRC packages and the transfer template from the confirmed order.

  4. 04

    Dispatch and delivery

The cultivator dispatches the manifest in METRC Connect and delivers. Once the manifest is matched to the order, the buyer gets the invoice by email and pays the cultivator directly.

The METRC side of each step is set out on the METRC integration page.
